Guarantee
- The puppy is guaranteed to be free from visible signs of infection, contagious or
communicable diseases when purchased. To be free of any life threatening defects, for one
year of date of birth. However, although a concerted effort is made by Seller to breed sound
healthy puppies, Buyer should understand that due to the nature of the breed, Boston's and
Bulldogs are predisposed to certain medical anomalies, and that a normal Boston and
Bulldog may have one or more of these conditions during its lifetime. The Buyer is urged to
research the breeds and be familiar with all the health issues that could affect their Boston and
Bulldog before entering into this or any agreement to purchase a puppy.
Purchasing Pet insurance is highly encouraged from PAWS regardless where you purchase
your pet.
- Disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. These are considered normal in
Boston/Bulldog breeds. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic problems are not
considered serious or life threatening. There are certain disorders that may be caused by
environmental “breed” factors for example ...cherry eye, skin allergies, entropion, “loose hips”
dysplasia, patella, elongated soft palate, small trachea, thyroid dysfunction, démodé tic
mange, and other autoimmune disorders. Breed-related, correctable/treatable, minor
conditions or any condition that can be treated by a licensed Veterinarian, are not covered by
this guarantee. This guarantee is in effect until the Bulldog/Boston reaches one year of age.
- All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are sole responsibility of the purchaser and under
No circumstances be paid by the breeder.
- K&S must be notified immediately of any problem via a report from the veterinarian. If a life
threatening congenital defect is proved within one year from the birth of the puppy, and the
puppy is returned to K&S, all returned charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the
puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the breeder's permission no
replacement will be given. A replacement puppy must be agreed by both parties. The
purchaser must understand that the replacement puppy will not necessarily be from the same
litter. The shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser.
- Please do not take the puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy
has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity
against disease.
- It is highly suggested to continue your puppy on Science Diet.
- Within 48 hours the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian and if there are any
issues K&S's veterinarian will examine the report and if he confirms the report K&S will
replace the puppy.
- Take great care to protect your puppy from getting lost, stolen, or from danger, or from danger
or abuse. There is no guarantee against negligence.

Payment Terms
- We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal or most credit cards.
- K&S will accept deposits when puppy is two weeks old. Deposits are nonrefundable unless
something unforeseen happens to the puppy under my care. If you change your mind then you
lose your deposit or may use it toward another puppy in the future. Deposits must be sent
overnight or two days at the most. Deposits on bulldog puppies will be $500, Boston Terriers
and Pugs are $300. Remaining balances must be received one week prior to puppies
shipping date. Shipping will be via plane or van line. Shipping may range anywhere from
$200 to $300 depending on time and circumstances. Buyer is responsible for all shipping
costs.
- No sales outside the United States. We will only ship to Canada providing you are willing to
pay the extra shipping charges.
